I started this blog when I got hitched and moved away from home... I went to college in my hometown and my family always kinda knew what was up... but when I moved to Texas I wanted to keep them in the loop... I posted maybe once a month... it wasn't a big thing to me. Then we found out we were moving to JAPAN! Now that is some serious crazy! So ever since then I have been posting more and more about our lives here in "The Land of the Rising Sun". I have also been adapting recipes for Derick's low GI diet and posting those... along with sweet photos I take. So this blog has been growing and growing and now people from all over are reading it... which I think is pretty cool, and CRAZY! I always thought I was a terrible writer... and when it comes to spelling and grammar I still am, but I guess there are people out there willing to look past those little technicalities and keep reading! Thanks guys!
